Leslie Ann Bestor has been passionate for textiles most of her life, thanks to a mother that knit and sewed all the things and passed those skills along. She began her professional fiber life as a knitter, selling designs and garments, teaching and writing books. She then fell down the weaving and spinning rabbit hole and has been encouraging others to do the same ever since. Leslie Ann especially enjoys sharing her love of fiber arts with kids because “I love their fearlessness and unique design sense”. She is committed to keeping weaving alive for the next generation and focuses on giving them skills to continue weaving once class is done. Her enthusiasm encourages fun and creativity, we laugh lots and she’s been known to sing silly songs.
