Artist Statement

I’ve spent years learning the “brushstrokes” of different bead stitches and patterns. After that it was a matter of combining those brushstrokes into pieces of wearable art.

The trick is to join various sizes, shapes and colors into neat orderly intricate patterns. I love a good mathematical puzzle and that is exactly how I view this process.

I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I did creating them.
