Saturday, December 15, 3:00 PM

Seats will fill quickly for this highly-acclaimed and heart-warming afternoon concert planned for December 15! Performed by gifted musicians in richly colored medieval costumes these well-loved carols, holiday favorites and poetry readings are sure to enchant, especially in the warm and intimate setting of the Chamber Hall.  The Yuletide season will come alive with the classical and Celtic harps, flute, strings and percussion of the NOEL Ensemble. Lively Celtic tunes and beautiful carols from around the world — even blues and Flamenco — are threaded together in a rich tapestry of stories and poems to create a truly memorable event. Share this special afternoon with loved ones or wrap up tickets as a thoughtful and perfect gift for anyone on your list.

Jill Whitman has taught at Western Washington University and performed with many ensembles such as the Seattle Symphony and Opera, Spokane Symphony, and the American Sifonietta. She currently serves as principal harpist for the Whatcom and Yakima Symphonies. Whitman is one of the few harp teachers trained in the Suzuki method.  Other talented performers include harpists Ava Strissel, Arieanna Martin and Anna-Marie Quist; Kimberley Breilein, flute; Katrina Whitman, bass, and viola. Poetry and selections will be read by Rosemary Scott Vohs.
