Expired Integrative Alexander Technique
1 Day Workshop with Lisa Toner

This Alexander Technique class is for anyone who has had at least one class or lesson previously. Bring your musical instrument, monologue, song, dance, presentation, computer, yoga move, physical therapy exercises, and more! This class will be a master class style workshop focused on longer individual turns. You will apply the Alexander Technique process to anything you’d like to do better. Foundational principles of the AT are woven into any class, but this one will have only a brief introductory activity and assume that you have some questions/goals to work on. Each of these workshops will have a different theme and unique short reading and handout to take home.

MATERIALS TO BRING
Comfortable clothes and shoes, your musical instrument, yoga mat, monologue, etc. There will be a piano in the room.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Masks are optional.
