Dan Stockwell
Ceramics Instructor
Growing up in rural Ahtanum, Washington in the 1950s, Dan was always connecting with nature and animals. In college, he earned degrees in Art and Education. Dan taught middle school for 40 years in Eastern Washington, Saudi Arabia, and Bellingham. He enjoys being a backpacker and hiker who loves the mountain alpine areas. Dan’s ceramics pieces are a collection of memories, love of nature, and translating his watercolor background onto clay.
