Expired Introduction to Wheel Throwing

Introduction to Wheel Throwing is designed with the beginner in mind, as well as, the potter who is not quite ready to take an intermediate throwing class. Students will be shown how to throw cylinders and bowls. Skills acquired will include wedging, centering, pulling, forming, trimming, and basic handle making. Additionally, students will learn simple glaze techniques and Cone 6 firing methods.
