To maintain the safety and well-being of our clients, the Jansen Art Center conducts background checks for all staff and instructors via a screening service called Checkr.

  • Please enter the information for your class in the form below, including attaching an image file for your class. Once submitted, a copy will be sent to the Studio Leader and Arts Director, and you will also receive a copy for your records, sent to the email you provided.

  • PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • The Class Fee is the price a student pays to take the class. (In most cases, the first 3 student payments should cover your instructor compensation, as listed below. Compensation per HR x Number of Class Hours = 3 Students x Class Fee)
  • Enter the amount of the materials fee if applicable, or "All Materials Included" if no fee is required. Materials fees will be paid directly to you and are the instructors responsibility to collect.
  • Please provide an image for use on our website and for additional marketing to promote your class.

    • The Minimum Class Size should be enough to cover the Instructor Compensation. Default is 3-4 students.
    • The J has a strong volunteer base. If volunteers can help you in any way, either before, during, or after your class, please indicate so here.

      Please fill out as much of the Instructor Information as you can. Keeping this info up to date is important for making sure everything is accurate and runs smoothly.
    • If you are submitting multiple class submissions, or are new, please include your address on at least 1 submission. (We need it so that you can be paid!)

    • Standard is $35 an hour, unless approved by Studio head & Program Director. (Compensation per HR x Number of Class Hours = 3 Students x Class Fee)
