The Jansen Art Center invites you to Manhattan New Year’s Eve on Monday, December 31 from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM. Serving as our largest fundraising event of the year, all proceeds directly support our mission and help provide year-round arts programming to the community.

Tickets are $99 and include:

  • A 4-course meal with a selection of delicious entrees
  • Beer, wine, and champagne
  • Live entertainment from a Frank Sinatra impressionist and pianist Paul Klein
  • Bidding on items in our silent and live auction
  • Live stream of the Times Square Ball Drop at 9:00 PM
  • Party favors and a festive event in our beautiful historic building

COCKTAIL HOUR

A variety of hors-d’oeuvres will be served along with a selection of wine and beer. There will be Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Tartlettes Stuffed into a flaky pastry, sweet and savory cocktail meatballs, pesto crostini, and shrimp cocktail served on ice with homemade cocktail sauce and fresh lemons. 

SALAD 

Mixed greens and Arugula Salad with Candied Pecans, Sweet Dried Cranberries, Crumbled Feta, Fresh Sliced Cucumber Tossed in Homemade White Balsamic Dressing.

CHOICE OF ENTRÉE

Attendees will choose one of three options. The first option is a Chicken Marsala A La Creme, which is panko and herb crusted chicken breast served with a rich sauteed mushroom and marsala reduction with a touch of creme garnished with fresh micro greens. The second option is a Tender Braised Beef Red Wine Demi Glace Reduction. The vegetarian option is a Delicata Squash Stuffed with lentils and Tender Veggies served with tangy raita sauce, micro greens, and  roasted pepitas. 

SIDES

Roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in garlic herb butter and caramelized root veggies which will consist of beets, carrots, parsnips, butternut squash, Brussel sprouts, and red onions that are caramelized and drizzled with a garlic maple glaze.

DESSERT

There will be a lemon curd tartlette and chocolate mousse.

CHAMPAGNE TOAST

Chilled champagne will be provided as we ring in the new year.
