Learn the ins and outs of jewelry-making in this five-day crash course! In this intensive class, you’ll gain hands-on experience with jewelry-making tools, materials, and techniques such as sawing, filing, annealing, sweat soldering, and bezeling. Best of all, you’ll get to take home your own finished pieces, including a copper/brass pin or pendant, a sterling silver ring, a sterling pendant with cabochon stone, and a fold form copper bracelet. Design time and demonstrations are included, and students will have time to finish all projects. Bring a pencil and notebook/sketchbook, wear closed-toe shoes, and keep long hair tied back. $45 material fee payable to instructor at class. Class size is limited–register early!
