Sprigs are a classic and unique way to add decoration to your ceramics work. In this 4 week class students with work on creating a prototype, measuring mixing and pouring plaster and attaching sprigs decorations onto your work. Sprigs are a low relief decoration made popular with Chinese and European Ceramics. By pressing clay into a shallow low relief mold, ceramics artists can create pendants or small decorations
