1 Day Workshop: Saturday, November 11
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Instructor: Kay Harradine
It’s time to think about winter and the holidays. This little figure is simple to weave and fun to decorate, a good project to make with children and easily tailored to other holiday themes. Very basic basketry techniques are used to form the body, which gets a coat of white paint in the spray booth.
Then choose and make accessories to create a snowman or snow-mom or snow-kid with a unique personality. You will want a whole family of them to brighten your mantel or holiday table with your winter memories.
Be on the lookout for small ornaments such as skis, sled, broom, snowboard, wreath etc.
