7 Week Class with Wil James 

Wednesdays, March 1 – April 12, 2023
6:30–9:00pm

In this class, you will learn to design and make hand-built pottery and ceramic sculpture using various techniques such as slab construction, coil pots, pinch pots, extruder construction, and surface texture.

The potter’s wheel will also be incorporated for those interested in learning how to use the wheel as a tool for making sculptural and functional objects. Glazing will also be covered under this program. Students will be encouraged to expand on what they have learned and to take projects in their own direction during the class.

The cost of this course includes access to free open studio time for extra practice.
