Roosevelt Road is a trio of seasoned musicians bringing decades of experience and musical styles including exceptional Bluegrass, Americana, and Folk.   Jane McMahon’s vocals are beautiful and pure.  Jane brings her unique style of five-string banjo that is pleasing to the listener. Steve McMahon, the bass guy, loves to explore his instrument and is known to play ‘just a few” different runs now and then while adding to the group’s vocals. Mike Janda has been involved in the northwest music scene for many years.  His performance on the guitar complements Bluegrass and Americana and his vocals are uniquely soothing with a strong tone.  ”The Roosevelt’s” as they have been nicknamed, love to play and entertain audiences throughout the Northwest. The Firehall Cafe at the J offers their full menu of food and beverages until 9:00 PM. Curated by local musician Victor Pruner, the Live Music in the Piano Lounge series is designed to bring a variety of local musicians to engage the community.
