RIGID HEDDLE WEAVING

The rigid heddle loom is a simple two shaft loom that is affordable, portable, practical, easy to learn. It is versatile for weaving a wide range of projects including scarves, bags, place mats, table runners, tea or dish towels, fabric for garments, and wall hangings. You will learn about selecting yarns, warping the loom, basic weaving skills, and finishing techniques. You will explore color and design using simple weave structures, textures, and patterns.

This is the perfect class for the beginning weaver, for hand spinners and knitters, and for those who are downsizing or have limited craft space..
