3 Week Class with Jax Mildner

An introduction to organic abstract acrylics in Jax’s original style. Students will go over composition, basic color theory and fundamentals of acrylic pouring, as well as learning how to create some of the unique effects in Jax’s artwork. The class will be broken up into 3 parts in order for students to be able to revisit their work and practice layering techniques….ultimately creating beautiful, polished, abstract artwork!

MATERIALS TO BRING
Students will be responsible for bringing two canvases to paint on. Sizes may vary but generally one larger and one smaller. (ex: a 24″ x 36″ and a 9″ x 12″). Students should also bring a hairdryer and wear clothing that can get messy.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Masks are optional.
