Expired LYNDEN MUSIC FESTIVAL – CASH AND THE SPARE CHANGE

October 12, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
A local kids rock band ranging in age from 13 – 16 years old called “Cash and the Spare Change,” originating in 2015 with three original members, and two more recent.
The original members are Cash Williams on drums, Nic Morse on bass, and Colten Williams on keyboard. All three are Sehome High School students and have enjoyed helping to create this band with the help of their instructor Nick Taylor of BellingHome School of Music where they rehearse weekly. The two more recent talented additions are Iain Tarves on rhythm guitar and Ryan Broersma on lead guitar, attending Sehome and Lynden Middle School, respectively.
The music they like to play is anything from 60’s Rock and R&B to current top hits, along with an original tune written and arranged by lead guitarist, Ryan. They play in a variety of local festivals and events, sought out by Nick, their instructor who is very knowledgeable in the local music scene.
