6 Week Class with Jesse Rasmussen

Tuesdays, April 5–May 10, 2022
2:00–4:30pm

Glaze and glaze techniques are essential to being a successful ceramic artist. This class will cover the fundamentals of glaze formulation from mixing to application. Students will mix their own glazes and create line blends for color, texture, and temperature. A variety of atmospheric firing conditions will also be discussed as well as a complete understanding of temperature as it relates to firing ceramic ware.

All materials will be provided and students will be allowed free access to open studio times.

Students should bring a P100 or N95 respirator.
