2:30pm Doors | 3:00pm Show
The Community Ukulele Players have been joyously serenading the community for more than 15 years. Their exuberant vocal and instrumental repertoire spans genres, moods, and decades, from Americana folk to contemporary standards. Celebrated as one of the premiere local ukulele ensembles, the Community Ukulele Players has attracted growing crowds at venues including the Whatcom Museum (with Bar Cicotti), the Mount Baker Theatre (opening pre-show for uber uke-star, Jake Shimabukuro), Fairhaven Village Green and Barkley Village. In December 2022, the Community Ukelele Players brought their holiday program, “Songs of the Season” to the Whatcom Museum’s “Deck Old City Hall” event. The Community Ukulele Players are delighted to perform at the Jansen Center a centerpiece of art and music in the heart of Lynden WA.
