(1st and 3rd Saturdays of April and May)
This class is a continuation of Beginning Crochet. Students should be familiar with making a chain, slip stitch, single, half-double, and double crochet stitches. Working in rows we will explore more stitches to create patterns and textures. We’ll practice techniques for creating a nice edge. Then working in the round, we will create a variety of shapes and motifs that can be used in larger projects.

MATERIALS TO BRING
Crochet hooks for working with worsted weight yarn, 4.5 – 5.5mm.
Small amounts of worsted weight yarn in light to medium colors if available.
