5 Hour Workshop
Instructor: Leah Meleski
Students will learn basic metalsmithing skills to create a textured bracelet from two sheets metal. Playing with the element of shape, students will design a simple bracelet that has a tab closure. They will start with two sheets of metal and learn how to saw, file, rivet, anneal, texture, polish, and patina. Each student will leave with skills they can use in their home studio and an original bracelet!
AGES: 16 through Adult
This activity is suitable for students of all levels, including beginners.
Brass or Copper: $60 per person (includes materials)
Silver: $70 per person (includes materials)
This workshop can accommodate up to 8 participants.
