Jansen Art Center is pleased to announce themselves as a recipient of the D.V. and Ida J. McEachern Charitable Trust Grant. This grant was awarded to Jansen Art Center – a non-profit Art Center whose vision is to be a vibrant place in our region where the arts flourish, where artists mentor others to find their creative expression, and where the community supports the arts for future generations. Received from the D.V. and Ida J. McEachern Charitable Trust Grant; supports a better life for children both educationally and physically, in the amount of $4,000 for the addition of a new Electric Skutt Kiln, potters stools, and supplies to upgrade the Ceramics Studio.

D.V. and Ida J. McEachern Charitable Trust
The D.V. and Ida J. McEachern Charitable Trust was established in 1969 to help give a better start in life to all children, both educationally and physically. Most grants are made to social service agencies addressing basic human needs for children and youth. The Trust is also interested in providing creative and positive opportunities to enhance the lives of our region’s children through a variety of artistic and cultural programs.
