This grant was awarded to Jansen Art Center – a non-profit Art Center whose vision is to be a vibrant place in our region where the arts flourish, where artists mentor others to find their creative expression, and where the community supports the arts for future generations. Received from the D.V. and Ida J. McEachern Charitable Trust Grant; supports a better life for children both educationally and physically, in the amount of $4,000 for the addition of a new Electric Skutt Kiln, potters stools, and supplies to upgrade the Ceramics Studio.

“Thanks to the generous support from the McEachern Charitable Trust, we have installed a new ceramic kiln to meet the demands of our ever growing kid’s classes. This contribution will continue to benefit our youth programing for years to come.” Jesse Rasmussen – Ceramics Studio Program Director
